The instructors at this medical assistant school in Dallas are truly excellent. They are very knowledgeable and clearly experienced in what they do. The program is not easy, but they make learning enjoyable and engaging. They take the time to explain everything in a way that makes it easier to understand, and they really care about their students’ success. On top of that, the program is very affordable, which made it even more accessible for me. I’m grateful for the knowledge and support I received here and would definitely recommend this school to anyone interested in becoming a medical assistant.

Best Decision I’ve Made for My Healthcare Career
Enrolling in this medical assistant program genuinely changed the direction of my life. From day one, the instructors made it clear they were invested in your success — not just getting you through the coursework, but actually preparing you for what it’s like to work in a real clinical setting.
The curriculum strikes the right balance between classroom learning and hands-on practice. We covered everything from taking vitals and EKGs to medical terminology, insurance, and patient communication. Nothing felt like filler every unit had a clear purpose and tied back to real-world situations you’ll face on the job.
What stood out most was how approachable the staff were. You never felt like just a student ID number. Questions were always welcomed, and if you were struggling, there was real support available not just a generic tutoring email.
By the time I finished and started externship, I felt confident and ready. My externship site actually commented on how prepared I was compared to students from other programs. That says a lot.
If you’re considering a career in healthcare and want a program that takes both the clinical and administrative sides seriously, this is a great place to start. Highly recommend.

This is a great program with wonderful instructors and students. The facilities that we are meeting in for our lab are a little small and the advisor doesn’t post announcements in a timely manner.

I had a fantastic experience at The Dallas Medical Assistant School -Grapevine! The 18-week hybrid program was the perfect balance of online learning and hands-on practice. The weekly assignments get me prepared for the Saturday in-person classes, where we had the chance to master essential technical skills.
The instructors were knowledgeable, supportive, and truly invested in our success. They made sure we understood both the theory and the hands-on aspects of medical assisting. The structure of the program allowed me to learn at my own pace while still getting the in-person experience needed to build confidence in my skills.
I highly recommend this school to anyone looking for a flexible, well-organized, and effective medical assisting program!

We don't accept financial aid, but we have some pretty great reasons why! The founder of our school, Dr. Ince, decided that he wanted to create an amazing opportunity for those who desire to enter the field. He believed that students not only deserve a great education, but also an affordable and convenient option. Rather than opting to make our school more expensive in order to allow for financial assistance, Dr. Ince chose to implement affordable tuition prices; providing our students with the opportunity to graduate with little to no student loan debt. If none of our payment plan options work for you, please give us a call. We are more than happy to customize a plan!

How long does it take to become a medical assistant?
The time it takes to become a Medical Assistant varies between schools and certification programs. Our curriculum is 18-weeks long and fully prepares students to start working as a medical assistant.
How can your program be so fast?
The Dallas Medical Assistant School is a 'hands-on learning program.' We take a different approach from traditional education. Our classes take place in a medical office rather than a classroom. There is a hands-on component to every part of our course. Our classes begin with a lecture/class discussion, but the majority of the class time is spent in labs learning the essential techniques of Medical Assisting. When our students graduate and begin their career, they are at home in a medical office.
How can a short course be as effective as a longer program?
As a newly hired Medical Assistant, your employer will have an expectation that you will know the basic skills of Medical Assisting. It's those fundamental skills that we focus on teaching our students. Our custom designed curriculum sets students up for success in knowing exactly what doctors will expect them to know.
Will I be more qualified if I attend a longer program?
When you graduate from any medical assisting school you receive a certificate of completion. Many students ask if they can expect to make a higher starting salary if they attend a longer program. The starting salary for a Medical Assistant does not have anything to do with how long you spent in school or how much you paid for your schooling.
What is the job of a medical assistant?
